Thin Coat installation system is easy:
- Prepare existing concrete by mechanically etching* the concrete or, if needed, a scratch coat may be applied.
- Mask pattern and apply the colored** texture coat.
- Apply highlight color.
- Remove masking and seal with a color enhancing sealer.
* mechanical etching is done with one of two methods: high pressure power wash or surface grinding.
** coloring the texture coat provides a more durable and more natural looking finished product and is unique to Sharp Contracting.
